Service was wonderful. Smiley met me with a smile and provided wonderful client service. I asked for a discount coupon and he said that there is one currently active which was applied to my bill. However, in fairness to your INFINITI competitors, when you visit their websites, they have tons of meaningful coupons in their adds that helps offset the service cost. I wish Ed Hicks would do the same but maybe limiting it due to lack of competition in the area. The customer lounge is kept clean but always lacking in snacks such as fresh fruits and fresh cookies. At 3:30 PM, there was one cookie left. The coffee selection was good though. When I got my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed. Two of my complaints last time I visited for service which were addressed this time. So maybe this time, INFINITI would also like to address other areas that I’ve mentioned in order to increase client satisfaction at its best.
I have never had a bad experience here. Owning an INFINITI is amazing.

We went in just to check out the cars, Andrew was so knowable about the vehicles and friendly. We were really impressed with the service we received. Made the buying experience very pleasant!!
