Horrible place to go to and deal with. We had been communicating with Leslie about negotiating prices. We drove 4+ hours to them just for Joseph to say they don't negotiate at all. We mention the talk with Leslie in the room and he responds as if that's the first time he had heard of us wanting to negotiate. I got my car 5 months ago but since then having to take it back 5 times but still having issues, is making me very disappointed. The only positive side is Mitch is service has been very patient and really does try but the issues with this SUV are still there and I don’t know how to get things done properly. Had such an amazing experience during the sales process. Not so much with the service team. Had service done on my vehicle and the loaner they gave me not only was filthy but in the back seat had two condoms. Yes condoms. Informed my service advisor Ns absolutely nothing was done. She never even escalated it to her manager. So disappointed. Utterly disgusting.
Cody Clemens was our salesperson for our 2022 INFINITI and we could not have asked for anyone better. He is excellent in all aspects of his job and goes above and beyond. We have had nothing but the best experience with him and the departments at the dealership. We have called him at different daytime and nighttime hours with a question regarding our vehicle gadgets and he has always answered and has been very willing to help. We have bought many vehicles and he has made our experience with INFINITI wanting to continue doing business with them in the future.

Allegra was incredibly helpful in a stressful situation when my car needed repair and I had no transportation. I was in CorpusChristi just for a day and she went above and beyond to help me secure towing and transportation to a car rental place. She kept me updated with progress and even assured me she could help provide any documentation necessary for my insurance claim.

Was lied to and given excuses about the damage to my car. The I had gotten a flat tire, and when I went to put the spare on the lug nuts were cross threaded and on so tight that I broke 1 of the studs off, and couldn't change the tire. When I approached the dealership about it, they were the last to service the car, they told me that the impact of whatever caused the flat likely causes the studs to strip. That sounded so unbelievably able to me that I kept barking up the chain of command, till ...

Looked here for a deal 3 years ago, and ended up goo g to San Antonio. This time around they made an offer nobody could beat. We have been Ed Hicks customers going on 14 years. Loyalty does have its rewards. And with Nissans, Mercedez, and Infinit to choose from, you have plenty of price range options. Going to return for when I'm ready to get my Q60.

We have purchased several cars through the years and this was by far the best experience ever! Most times we drop of our trade and wait for a call on the value which comes hours later. Then do the finance app and leave while waiting a few more hours for another call etc. Not this time- everything was done quickly and efficiently. Marco and Andrew were the best, and maybe it's because this was our first time purchasing at a luxury dealership, but we never felt like we were being worked over.
